At Top Furniture UK, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality furniture and a smooth delivery experience.

Cash on Delivery – Check Before Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with a Check Before Payment option.
When your order arrives, you can inspect the item before making the payment. This ensures you receive the correct product in good condition.

If you are satisfied with the product, you can proceed with the payment to the delivery team.

Returns

If you find any issue with the product during delivery, you can refuse the order at the time of delivery before making payment.

After the order has been accepted and paid for, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The item delivered is different from what you ordered
  • The product has missing parts

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Refunds

Since we operate primarily on Cash on Delivery, refunds are handled as follows:

  • If the item is refused during delivery, no payment is taken.
  • If a return is approved after delivery, we will arrange replacement or refund after inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We may not accept returns if:

  • The item has been used or assembled
  • The product is damaged after delivery
  • The request is made after the 24-hour reporting window

Assembly Service

If you choose our assembly service, our team will ensure the furniture is properly assembled and checked before completion.

Order Verification

For security and smooth delivery, all orders are verified via phone call before dispatch.
